Utah index has worst year ever, down 14.8 percent

"Nature's Sunshine Products, once one of the leading multi-level marketing enterprises in the state, saw its stock fall 18 percent. In November, a judge overseeing a Securities and Exchange Commission administrative proceeding recommended the registration of the company's shares be revoked because it hasn't filed current financial statements with the government.
The company plans to ask for a review of that decision."
