Shareholder Lawsuit Dropped against USANA

"USANA Health Sciences Inc. announced today that a Utah State court has dismissed the shareholder derivative action Larson vs. Wentz brought against USANA and several of its directors and executives in September 2007.

The Plaintiff agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice after USANA and the other defendants filed a motion to dismiss."
