Regan Miles Appointed CEO of Univera – Stuart Ochiltree takes Vice Chairman Position at ECONET, Inc.

Univera is part of global parent company ECONET, which has operations in the United States, Canada, South Korea, Russia, China and Mexico.

Miles replaces acting CEO Stuart Ochiltree, who remains as CEO and Vice Chairman of ECONET USA. Miles, who joined ECONET’s Unigen Pharmaceuticals in April, 2002 was later promoted to President and CEO of Unigen, in July, 2006. Mr. Ochiltree, will continue his close relationship with Univera, even as he continues to focus on the further growth of the ECONET family of companies.

Miles is a 25-year veteran in the dietary supplement and nutraceutical industries, having held leadership positions in companies with significant influence and market share. Prior to joining Unigen, he worked as General Manager for Integrative Therapeutics, a division of Enzymatic Therapy, Inc. He also held senior-level positions with Alpine Health Industries (now Metabolife), Pharmanex, Inc. and Nature's Way."
