Builders Bonus Check - Compensation Plan

"Today AmeriPlan Founders Dennis and Daniel Bloom announced that they would suspend the New Paid-As Enhancement rule for the month of December. All SRSDs and above are exempt from the rule for the month of December. All business brought in during the month of December will rollover to January.

Today’s changes do not effect IBOs or RSDs as they do not receive a monthly builders bonus. But it is a welcome relief for AmeriPlan Sales Directors and just the first step in some major changes to come.

Back in June of 2007, AmeriPlan Founders Dennis and Daniel Bloom announced a New Paid-As Enhancement to the compensation plan. The idea was to promote team building. Sales Directors who increased their Personal Sales Group Monthly Revenue (psgmr), through personal sales or team sales volume would be rewarded with a monthly builders bonus check."
