Are You Aware that Network Marketing is about Selling?

YTB Travel Blog:
"I hear it all the time.

I don't want to sell anything, I don't want to sell products. I don't have the skills to be a salesman... it goes on.

Thats all well and good but the blatant truth is that you are always selling--all day every day. You are selling yourself, your ideas, opinions and beliefs.

You can't help but to sell. The problem is in the word 'sell' has negative connotations because we are all tired of being bombarded with sales pitches and adverts."

Thanks for the linklove, Dave.

I've been noticing a growing trend (mostly among serious networkers which actually has me really excited). People are returning to the idea that we should be selling product to be successful and not just running out to recruit recruit recruit.

I've been a networker for two years. I've loved it and its been very rewarding but from the very beginning I had a problem with the idea of only focusing on building an organization and not having sales skills.

We are buying a business. Sales always comes into play.
