"The House overwhelmingly voted Tuesday to extend a soon-to-expire moratorium on Internet access taxes for four years, ignoring pressure to make the ban permanent. The bill, which passed in a 405-2 vote, would extend the moratorium through 2011. The existing moratorium is set to expire on Nov. 1."
