Cabi may be a wonderful career opportunity, but their customer service leaves alot to be desired. The days of promoting business through hype and bs might be fading, but the tendency to leave the customer flapping in the breeze remains. If this company wants to have repeat customers, they should address their lack of customer service.
Just so that eveyone knows, CAbi has poor customer service. The website does not provide any company contact information and when you finally track the company down to complain that one of their reps stole clients money without placing orders for or delivering merchandise, they will inform you that they don't even have a customer service person or department. I would highly recommend that no one deal with this company as they make no claims of honesty nor integrity on behalf of their "independent" representatives.

CAbi has poor customer service and ridiculous pricing for run of the mill clothing. I purchased 3 items, none of which had consistent sizing. Quality control is lacking and contacting the company about problems is close to impossible. They are not responsive to customer's complaints and their return policy is ridiculous; you must pay for a replacement while waiting for a refund on the same item!! Stay away from these "parties" and stick with a reputable retailer.
I agree - I purchase a beautiful leather jacket last year, had it dried cleaned and it swrank 2 sizes. When I ask my dry cleaner, who has never had issues w/ my leather product before, they said the same thing.
The Quality is bad - the service is bad - you might as well throw your monies away
I agree. Consider this: They expect you to pay full price (while every store around me is at 50% off), up front, they can't guarantee that when you order something it will be in stock, and you have to pay sales tax, just as though you have the convenience of a store--but you don't. I'm still waiting for things I ordered n October, and was just informed that one item isn't even in stock. If you order from them at least pay Amex so you can reverse the charges. Idiot me paid with my debit card.
I was a Cabi consultant for 2 seasons and ladies those are all valid complaints and ones I hear often. What you don't hear as I invade your home is the right to become a Cabi Rep is frought with expenses on top of expenses vailed in the cloak of independance and a sense of purpose. Don't get me wrong I have had fun and met some great folks but the business model is focused one way ....the cabi bank account. This season should show thier worth with retail sales down and the tightening of belts.
I would not recommend drinking the Cabi coolaid
I am so disappointed with this line…I have probably spent thousands of dollars with my Cabi consultant and I just found out that she has been put on a warning for a party she did for me in my business. Apparently CAbi doesn’t allow their consultants to do their presentations with other business but my business was closed. Also, she was put on warning because I decided to promote my party using my social network of choice…come on Carol Anderson!!! This is the way of the future! If you can’t recognize where this is going then you are not so vision forward as I thought. It is ridiculous!
if my consultant is not allowed to renew her contract with CAbi….I will never, never purchase one single item form this line ever again!!!
Today I contacted CABI regarding a sweater that has been assembled incorrectly. It was a gift. All I want to do is exchange it. I was told it has to go back to the original consultant. So I need to contact the person who gave it to me so they can contact the consultant. I will not do that. so the sweater goes to "Good Will". This is the worst service I have ever heard of. They claim they are not a retail store!!
I agree with the above negative comments. I ordered a very overpriced tank top, which was way off in sizing and looked horribly on me. I returned it. Not only did CAbi keep the shipping - they even kept my tax! This is ridiculous! Buyer beware.
I returned a knit top 2 months ago, still have not heard from them. I have proof of receipt but when i call the home office (fyi, you cannot find any contact information on their website), I am on hold for 30 minutes and still unable to reach a "live" person. The parties are fun but the lack of service is not worth the extra dollars you spend for clothes! Go to a Cabi outlet store, you'll pay less without the hassle.
